• Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, perfume, makeup, deodorant marks, or any other signs of wear.

• Proof of purchase and clear photos of the item (including any damage or the incorrect item received) must be provided with your return request.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Items returned without original tags.

• Sale, clearance, or final sale items.

• Gift cards.

Wrong Item or Damaged Item

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping
